Nikki Thilges joined the Mankato Clinic in October 2011. She is a native of Mankato and graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.

In her spare time, Nikki enjoys camping and spending time with her active family.

Expertise & Clinical Interests

Before coming to the Mankato Clinic, Nikki worked in the acute care setting. As RN Care Manager, Nikki enjoys working with patients and families who experience chronic illness. She enjoys working in an area where the patient comes first and appreciates helping patients become engaged in their care to achieve optimal wellness.

Her clinical interests include patient education, diabetes management and health coaching. It is her goal as a care manager to help patients achieve their optimal level of wellness by providing education and ensuring their healthcare needs are met in the most efficient and effective way possible.
