To fund organizations that are helping support its mission the Mankato Clinic Foundation has provided $22,750 in grants to eight worthy organizations within its service area. Receiving grants for second quarter are: PACT Ministries ($2,000), Friends of Learning ($1,500), Twin Rivers Council for the Arts ($750), Wellcome Manor Family Services ($1,500), Camp Sweet Life Adventures ($5,000), Loyola Catholic School ($1,500) Bethany Lutheran College ($6,000) and Feeding Our Communities Partners ($5,000).

Mankato Clinic physicians provide the majority of the Foundation funding as a way to give back to the community by providing support to organizations which strive to improve health and wellness in the communities they serve. Since 2008, the Mankato Clinic Foundation has provided more than $1,203,775 in grants and scholarships to worthwhile organizations, programs and projects. The 10 organizations that received funding in quarter three are living out the Foundation’s mission with the work they do and the Mankato clinic Foundation is proud to support them.
