Payment and Billing
Mankato Clinic has a new billing and payment system for patients to pay online, over the phone or on their smartphone, tablet or desktop with the Mankato Clinic PatientWallet®.
The benefits are:
- Simpler, faster and more convenient for patients to pay bills with Mankato Clinic PatientWallet®.
- Patients have 4 easy ways to pay: online on this page, Smartphone with QR code, By Phone, Mail in check.
- PatientWallet® Patients create a Mankato Clinic PatientWallet that they can log into on their phone, tablet or computer to view and pay bills in one-stop shop.
- PatientWallet® has strict security measures to protect patient information.
What you need to know:
- New billing system begins on March 18, 2026. Patients with appointments on March 18, 2026, and forward will receive new statements.
- Patient balances for services through March 17th, 2026, will continue to be billed and paid through the former system until September 2026.
- Patients may receive 2 different bills depending on the appointment date.
- Patient Financial Services will begin mailing paper bills starting March 18, 2026. After receiving their first paper bill, patients can set up a Mankato Clinic PatientWallet®.

Things to know about the new statement:
- If you want to pay by credit/debit card, you can call, choose the button above, or scan the QR code on your statement. There isn’t space on the statement stub to write in your card number.
- The statement will have not have a Mankato address at the top.
