Computed Tomography or CT uses radiation and computer technology to create a detailed, cross-sectional picture of internal organs, bones, soft tissue and blood vessels. It can be used to identify abnormalities and evaluate internal traumas, as well as diagnosing cancer, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases and musculoskeletal disorders.
