Katie and her husband Scott have two boys, Luke and Jake. She enjoys running, spending time at the lake with the family and baking with the boys. In her free time, she also teaches aerobics at the YMCA.

Although a native of St. Paul, MN, Katie has been living in Mankato for over 10 years. Her clinical interests include women's health, anxiety/depression and pediatrics.

Additional Details

Dr. Thompson really tries to get to know me each time she sees me and seems to remember things about me which is nice. She did a great job of explaining each of the procedures to me beforehand which helped me to relax a bit. Dr. Thompson did a great job of making somewhat awkward procedures a lot less awkward. She talked to me the entire time they were performed and kept my mind off of it. Overall, I really enjoy my visits with Dr. Thompson.
