Expertise & Clinical Interests
Prior to joining the Mankato Clinic, Connie worked in a community mental health setting. Connie works with individuals from age 10 through adulthood in individual, couple, and family therapy. She specializes in helping individuals with emotional and binge eating disorder to heal their relationship with food through mindfulness and intuitive eating. Other clinical interests include anxiety, depression, and trauma. Connie utilizes methods with her patients such as brainspotting, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral and processing therapy, dialectical behavior and exposure therapies.
