Connie Meyer is a native of the St. Peter, Minnesota area and joined the Mankato Clinic in June 2010.

Expertise & Clinical Interests

Prior to joining the Mankato Clinic, Connie worked in a community mental health setting. Connie works with individuals from age 10 through adulthood in individual, couple, and family therapy. She specializes in helping individuals with emotional and binge eating disorder to heal their relationship with food through mindfulness and intuitive eating. Other clinical interests are working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma, utilizing mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and exposure therapy.
