Randy and his wife Jean have 2 sons, Don and Charlie.

Prior to joining the Mankato Clinic, Randy spent over 19 years with Allina Health Systems in multiple roles including; president of their River Falls Area Hospital, administrator/CEO of the Mille Lacs Health System, and Chief Financial Office for the Cambridge Medical Center.

Randy Farrow has been the chief executive officer at the Mankato Clinic since 2008.
