In conjunction with the Memorial Library at Minnesota State University, Mankato, the Mankato Clinic will be showing “Fully Charged,” Tuesday, March 22.

This inspirational documentary brings to life the elements of Tom Rath’s New York Bestselling book “Eat Move Sleep” and shows the audience how to take advantage of his research to approach each day with high levels of energy, purpose and meaning.  “Fully Charged” follows individuals and organizations transforming themselves and their communities through healthier choices, interactions that strengthen relationships and pursing meaning over happiness.

This free event is open to the public and is tied to the Mankato Clinic’s community -wide wellness initiative Thrive. After the screening, the public is encouraged to stay for a question and answer session with Mankato Clinic Physician Bob Gazzola, Psychologist Greg Nelson and Registered Dietitian Erin Gonzalez.
