Dr. Sparks joined the Mankato Clinic in December 2009. He attended the United States Air Force Medical Center, Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, Illinois and School of Aerospace Medicine, Brooks Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Sparks earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. Dr. Sparks and his wife are excited to move closer to their daughter and grandchildren who live in Eden Prairie, MN. His hobbies include snow skiing and tennis.
