Dr. Sparks joined the Mankato Clinic in December 2009. He attended the United States Air Force Medical Center, Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, Illinois and School of Aerospace Medicine, Brooks Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Sparks earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. His hobbies include snow skiing and tennis.
