PT/FT Clinical Department Manager
Neurology & J. Scott Sanders Center for Sleep Medicine
(72/80 hours/pp. M-F 8:00-5:00 pm, occasional evening hours to support the Sleep Center)
Description: Under the general supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations, this position oversees the day-to-day operations of the Neurology & Sleep Center. Duties include supervising of the staff to ensure effective and efficient operations of departments, coordinating facilitates communications and assisting the Director management of meeting goals and objectives set forth by the Mankato Clinic’s Board of Directors and Administration.
Requirements: RN /LPN/Business or other medical related field degree and 3 years or greater experience in a leadership/management level position at a health care institution is required. Having a thorough knowledge of medical practice, dedication to patient satisfaction and an ability to work effectively with patients, physicians and other staff members is preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills are also required.
