Pollie Luther is a native of Gibbon, Minnesota and a graduate of North Dakota State University, Fargo, North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Pollie is a certified diabetic educator and has experience in all areas of clinical nutrition, including expertise in the treatment of diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Her clinical interests include working with patients who have diabetes and renal disease. Pollie enjoys bicycling and curling.
