Accepted Insurance

We have contracts with Medica, Selectcare, Preferred One Network, Health Partners, all Blue Cross Blue Shield products and all State Medical Assistance Programs (Ucare, MN Care, Med. Assistance), Sanford Health . For all other insurance companies we file the claims and they are paid at the cashier's office.
