Open during mall hours:

Patients must be checked in a half hour prior to close in order to be seen at this location.
Provider is on lunch break from 2:00-2:30 p.m. daily.

Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
Sundays, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
