Lauren Lefavor, joined the Mankato Clinic in 2006. She received her bachelor of science in Child Psychology at the University of Minnesota and her doctorate of psychology at the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. She completed a diagnostic practicum at Family and Children’s Services in Minneapolis, a psychotherapy practicum at Fairview Riverside Medical Center in Minneapolis, and a clinical psychology internship at Crestwood Children’s Center in Rochester, New York. Her clinical interests include child play therapy and family therapy, depression, anxiety, parenting, childhood emotional and behavioral problems, and the effects of childhood trauma.
Dr. Lefavor completes psychological evaluations to assess personality functioning, intellectual capabilities, and to clarify diagnosis.
