Elizabeth Thompson joined the Mankato Clinic in December 2011. Elizabeth is the RN Care Coordinator for Mankato Clinic’s Pediatrics department, and brings a vast amount of case management and care coordination experience. In her care coordination role, Elizabeth is focused on creating a culture within the primary care setting in which providers, families and patients work in partnership to improve health outcomes and quality of life for individuals with chronic health conditions and disabilities. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, reading, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
