Physician Assistant Urgent Care/Casual Shifts

This opportunity offers a variety of responsibilities centered on patient care. The ideal candidate must have two years prior experience in Family Practice or related area as well as the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of medical practices, dedication to patient satisfaction and an ability to work effectively with physicians and staff and experience with electronic records are essential. Candidate must be a graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Program, Certification by the NCCPA, and current Minnesota Registration with the State Board of Medical Practice. Effective interpersonal skills are necessary for providing patient/family instruction and collaboration with health team members. Experience with Occupational Medicine is helpful. This casual position is for two locations in Mankato, required shifts are Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-5 p.m. every 3rd weekend.

Child Psychology

Mankato Clinic Department of Psychiatry is seeking Doctorate level child Psychologists to join a growing multi-specialty practice. You will work with 5 Psychiatrists, 7 Psychologists, 1 Clinical Social Worker and over 40 primary care providers in our physician-owned, multi-specialty group with over 100 providers. Responsibilities include seeing children for therapy, diagnostic testing and assessment. Applicants must have a MN license, with a Ph.D. or Psy. D. from an APA-accredited university program.

NP Opportunity in Oncology

Mankato Clinic is looking for a full-time NP to work in our Oncology Department. You will provide care for patients in an office setting and work with one Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:
NP: Masters Degree in nursing encompassing specialized classroom and experiential learning as a nurse practitioner OR grandfathered in as an NP if certified prior to 1995. Current licensure by the State of Minnesota and Advanced Practice Certification by ANCC, ACNP, National Certification Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Nurses, or other certification agencies to practice as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner.

Current authorization from the MN board of Nursing to prescribe drugs and therapeutic devices; Current BLS (basic life support) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications; three years of employment experience preferred; Effective interpersonal skills necessary for providing patient/family instruction and collaboration with health team members.

NP/PA Opportunity for Nursing Home Rounding

Mankato Clinic is looking for a NP/PA to work  part-time completing Nursing Home rounds. You will work with one other Advanced Practice Provider for 24 hours per week, or 48 hours per pay period on the following schedule:

Monday – half day @ Pathstone, 4 hours
Tuesday – half day @ Oaklawn, 4 hours
Wednesday – full day @ Laurel’s Peak, 8 hours
Thursday – full day @ Hillcrest, 8 hours
Friday – Off

Qualifications include but are not limited to:
